We just love this place. Every single year, without fail, we make it a point to visit, and it has slowly become our comfort destination. This year felt even more special because we visited with our entire family. We had booked the whole property for 36 people, and honestly, the experience couldn’t have been more perfect. Managing a large group is never easy, but the way everything was handled here made the entire gathering smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable.

Everyone absolutely loved the food, the hospitality, and the peaceful vibe of the place. The ambience is so relaxing that the moment you arrive, you naturally slow down and start enjoying the surroundings. The staff deserves a special mention — they are extremely friendly, polite, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure every person in our group felt taken care of, whether it was the elders or the kids.

All three meals served throughout our stay were freshly prepared and tasted wonderfully homely. From breakfast to dinner, everything was flavourful, comforting, and served with so much warmth. It honestly felt like eating at home, but with the added joy of being surrounded by nature and good company.

Overall, our stay was wholesome, enjoyable, and full of beautiful memories. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Definitely recommending and revisiting Dala Mare! Very well maintained property. Though bit difficult to reach, once you get there it’s a wow moment! View from the property is scenic . It is one of the very few places where you actually feel like home. Staff here is very caring, loving and always on toes to make sure you enjoy every moment here & feel comfortable. Food quality by the cook is exceptional. Variety of options available in the food and all are equally delicious. Quite peaceful place to come, relax and rejuvenate. Kudos to all the staff & Gokhale family.

Wonderful place to stay in this villa particularly during monsoons. It was worth the money we spent.
We, 8 people were there for 3 days from Jul 7 onwards. And we had promised ourselves that we will not go out to the town. Believe it or not, time just flew out.
Food was excellent and in abundance, The staff always smiling & helping. We will come back again.. That is for sure..!!

The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, portable room heaters, Wi-Fi, and attached bathrooms with 24-hour hot water supply. Each room has a private deck, providing a serene space to relax and unwind. Our furry friends enjoyed exploring the beautiful lawn.

The hospitality at Dala Mare is exceptional. The kind and prompt support staff helped us achieve our motto of eat, sleep, wander, and repeat. The home-cooked meals were delicious, with Puran Poli being the highlight of our stay. Staff members Krushna and Ramdas were always available to assist, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Got a chance to stay here with family (we booked 2 rooms out of 7). It's a very tastefully constructed place. Rooms are spacious, clean and every room has a balcony (best view is from room # 2, 3 & 5). The resident staff gives efficient and professional service. Food quality is great. Booking and payment procedure is uncomplicated. There is enough parking space in and around the property. The place will be great fun for a large group (booking all 7 rooms) especially in the monsoon. Good value for money..

PS. The final approach road is a bit dangerous - not for lily-livered drivers!
